Many Canadians are picking an agent at random to help them with their largest financial investment. In fact sixty-seven percent(67 %) of people surveyed did not interview their agent before hiring them and seventeen percent (17%) hired an agent sight unseen. Therefore, it does not surprise me that only slightly more than half (58%) of Ontarians reported being “very satisfied” with the value their agent provided. It is my goal to make buying or selling a home easy for consumers and a big part of the experience is as a result of the number and variety of transactions that I have dealt with since 1992.
